Quality policy

Since 2010 December 28 UAB “Užraktas” has implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the LST EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. Since 2017 the quality management system operates according to the LST EN ISO 9001:2015 new standard. The certificate certifies that the company’s activities in the field of quality meet the requirements of international standards. We regularly monitor the quality of our products and production processes. Taking responsibility for the actions we undertake, we commit to:

  • Conform to the purpose and context of the organization and support its strategic direction.
  • Explain the company’s quality policy to other interested parties (customers, suppliers).
  • Ensure high-quality provision of services that meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
  • Implement advanced production technologies, improve technological processes.
  • Pay close attention to production planning, production processes and product quality control.
  • To constantly increase the company’s collective competence, implementing a targeted, equipped with the necessary resources, employee qualification improvement program and in order to ensure the maximum contribution of each employee to the overall result.
  • Maintain relations with customers, suppliers and partners based on the principles of long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation, respect and equality.
  • Aim to be a priority partner to analyze and monitor key process indicators that are important for proper customer care.
  • The company undertakes to constantly improve the company’s quality management system, which meets the LST EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, and to increase its effectiveness.
